Systems That
Hold Up
At Scale.

Growth strategy and AI advisory for mid-market and multi-location organizations.

Process discipline built for organizations that can't afford to guess.

Ogorek and Associates designs the operating systems behind sustained, predictable growth: marketing strategy, AI adoption, and process discipline, built on the same standard used to qualify suppliers across the automotive industry.

A Foundation In Process Discipline

Where the standard comes from.

Three decades in corporate leadership, IT, automotive, and process innovation shaped one standard: build the system that produces the same quality result every time, not just once. At EDS, supporting General Motors. Later, leading supplier capability assessments across Fiat/Chrysler and Stellantis’ global supplier base, evaluating whether operations had the systems to hold quality at scale. The lesson was consistent across every engagement: predictable results come from systems, not heroics. That standard now governs how Ogorek and Associates builds growth strategy, marketing operations, and AI adoption for its clients.

Capabilities

Three disciplines, one standard.

Engagements are scoped to the organization. Not sold as a fixed package.

01 / GROWTH STRATEGY

Marketing that scales.

Go-to-market leadership for organizations scaling past founder-led growth. Positioning, demand strategy, and the operating cadence to execute it.

02 / AI STRATEGY & ADOPTION

Change, not just a tool.

Implementation, adoption, and change management for AI integrated into how the organization already works, not a rollout bolted on top of it.

03 / PROCESS & OPERATIONS

The system behind the result.

Assessment and redesign of the systems behind delivery quality and consistency, the same discipline applied across automotive supplier networks, applied here.

The goal isn’t another initiative. It's a system the organization can run without dependency on any one person.

Approach

Predictable growth is a systems problem, not a talent problem.

Most growth stalls not from lack of effort, but from inconsistent process, undocumented decisions, and dependency on individual heroics to hold quality together. The work starts with a structured assessment: what's actually producing results, what's incidental, and what breaks under scale.

From there, the priority is sequencing: fix the system before adding more activity on top of it. That discipline, learned across automotive supplier networks and applied to growth-stage organizations since, is the throughline across every engagement.

How This Works

Three phases. Scoped to the organization.

No fixed package, because no two organizations carry the same constraint. But you should know the shape before the first conversation.

01

Initial Conversation

A direct discussion of where growth, AI adoption, or process quality is under strain, and whether this is the right fit.

02

Structured Assessment

A scoped review of the systems behind the result: what's actually producing outcomes, what's incidental, and what breaks under scale.

03

Phased Engagement

Work sequenced to fix the system before adding activity on top of it, with scope and cadence set to the organization, not a template.
